Baked Ching Ping Chicken with Salt
Ingredients
Golden Maple
Ching Ping Chicken1 (around 3 lbs) Ginger 2 slices Green onion 1 stalk(sectioned) Aluminum foil 1 large piece Marinade
Light soy sauce 1 tsp Cooking wine 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Pepper a pinch
1. Rinse, wipe dry and spread marinade onto the chicken (inside and outside). Set aside and let it marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Stuff ginger slices and sectioned green onion into the marinated chicken. Wrap with a greased aluminum foil and seal well.
3. Bake the prepared chicken in a preheated oven over 200 o C for 1 hour until done.
4. Remove chicken from oven. Chop into chunks and serve.
