Three Cups Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 Black sesame oil 1/2 cup Soy sauce 1/2 cup Marinade
A B Green onion 2 stalks Rice wine 1/2 cup Garlic 5 cloves Sugar 1/2 tbsp Ginger 8 slices Basil a little
1. Cut chicken into small pieces and place them in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain dry.
2. Cut green onions in short pieces, slightly crush garlic and ginger.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pot. Add marinade A and bring it to boil.
4. Add chicken, soy sauce and stew for 2 minutes.
5. Add in marinade B and stew until the juice thickens. Add basil. Ready to serve.
