      Ingredients

      Chicken drumsticks with back attached 2 pcs
      Onion (large) 1
      Carrot 1 stalk
      Potatoes 2

      Marinade

      Oil 2 tbsp
      Curry powder 150g

    1. Cut chicken drumsticks into small pieces and place them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain dry.

    2. Cut onions into strips; dice carrot and potatoes.

    3. Heat oil in a pot. Add chicken and, cook till half done. Add onions, carrots and potatoes, fry for a minute.

    4. In the pot add 5-6 cups of water and cook for 25 minutes. Then add curry powder and cook in low heat till the juice thickens.

    5. Ready to serve.
