      Ingredients

      Boneless chicken 500g
      Ginger 2 slices
      Green onion 2 stalks
      Garlic 5 cloves
      Red chilli a little

      Marinade

      Cornstarch 1 tbsp
      Sugar 1 tbsp
      Rice wine 1 tbsp
      Soy wine 1 tbsp
      Oil 2 tbsp

    1. Dice chicken and marinate them with soy sauce and cornstarch.

    2. Mince ginger and garlic. Cut red chilli into thin strips.

    3. Heat 1-tbsp oil in a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry until they turn golden. Take them out and put aside.

    4. While the oil is still in the wok, saute ginger and garlic. Add chicken, soy sauce and rice wine, stir-fry for a minute; stir fry in red chilli and green onion.

    5. Ready to serve.
