Rinse, wipe dry and spread marinade onto the chicken (inside and outside). Set aside and let it marinade for 30 minutes. |

Stuff ginger slices and sectioned green onion into the marinated chicken. Wrap with a greased aluminum foil and seal well. |

Bake the prepared chicken in a preheated oven over 200 o C for 1 hour until done. |

Remove chicken from oven. Chop into chunks and serve. |
