Cut each pork chop into four pieces, add marinade A and mix thoroughly.

Dice green pepper, yellow pepper, onion and carrot. Set aside.

Deep fry marinated pork chops in hot oil till golden. Remove and place on a plate. Drain excess oil.

Heat canola oil in a wok, saute vegetables (2) and garlic; add pork chops and stir-fry.

Mix marinade B in a bowl. Slowly pour the marinade onto the pork chops. Stir-fry for a minute. Ready to serve.
