Champion Chef Salted Pork Chop
Braised Minced Pork Balls with Vegetables
Pork chop 2 lb
Green pepper 1/2
Yellow pepper 1/2
Onion (medium) 1/2
Carrot (medium) 1/2
Garlic, minced 5g
 
Salt 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 3g
Black pepper a pinch
 
Seasoned salt 1/2 tsp
Maggi seasoning sauce 1 tsp
Cooking wine 2 tbsp

1. Cut each pork chop into four pieces, add marinade A and mix thoroughly.
2. Dice green pepper, yellow pepper, onion and carrot. Set aside.
3. Deep fry marinated pork chops in hot oil till golden. Remove and place on a plate. Drain excess oil.
4. Heat canola oil in a wok, saute vegetables (2) and garlic; add pork chops and stir-fry.
5. Mix marinade B in a bowl. Slowly pour the marinade onto the pork chops. Stir-fry for a minute. Ready to serve.
